Monroe County Fire Rescue Station 9 to Host Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Monroe County Fire Rescue invites the public to fire station 9 on Saturday, March 25 for the annual Easter egg hunt from 9 to 10 a.m. The station is located at 28 Emerald Drive, Mile Marker 10. The hunt will start promptly at 9 a.m., and the eggs are usually found pretty quickly.
 
Monroe County firefighters will be on hand to give out free snow cones, teach fire prevention, and give firetruck tours. Little ones can also help the crew put out a pretend house fire. Monroe County Sheriff’s Office’s Farmer Jeanne and some of her farm animals will also attend.
