Monroe County announced on Apr. 10 that the Harbour Drive Bridge on Duck Key has been entered into the National Association of County Engineers’ “Bridge as a Fashion Model” contest, with public voting open until April 14.
The contest gives communities across the country an opportunity to showcase their bridges, emphasizing both engineering quality and visual appeal. Monroe County’s entry features the newly completed Harbour Drive Bridge, which officials say demonstrates a commitment to resilient and traditional infrastructure.
