Saint Leo University Key West Center issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
Students wishing to participate in the educational assistance programs of the Department of Veteran Affairs (CH 30, 31, 33, 35, 1606) must submit a Request for Certification (RFC) via eForm.
Students must submit the Request for Certification eForm EVERY term. Now is the time to submit your Request for Certification eForm for the 2021 fall 2 term. This change is effective for the start of the 2021 fall term as dictated by new federal regulations.
The Request for Certification eForm is available via eForm. Access eForm by logging into eLion (my.saintleo.edu) and clicking on “eForm” under the Online Services section. Using eForm allows you to complete, sign, and submit forms online
