Of the 2,488 people living in Pine Air in 2020, 53.5 percent (1,332) were women and 46.5 percent (1,156) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Key West Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 119. In the 65 and over age range, there were 529 females and 115 males.
