Of the 884 people living in North Key Largo in 2020, 48.6 percent (430) were women and 51.4 percent (454) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Key West Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 27. In the 65 and over age range, there were 234 females and 206 males.
