Of the 761 people living in Duck Key in 2020, 39.6 percent (301) were women and 60.4 percent (460) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Key West Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 23. In the 65 and over age range, there were 96 females and 188 males.
