District IV Commissioner Lissette Carey, Officially Sworn Into Office

On Monday, November 21, at noon, City Clerk Cheri Smith swore in newly-elected District IV City Commissioner Lissette Carey. Commissioner Carey was joined in the ceremony by her large Key West family.
