In his first tweet, Giménez expressed concerns about Panama's geopolitical stance. He stated, "Panamá quiere estar con dios y con el diablo. El gobierno de #Panamá debe echar a China Comunista del territorio y valorar la alianza con #USA que tanto atesoran nuestros hermanos panameños."
Later that day, he praised the efforts of Secretary of State Marco Rubio in international diplomacy. He tweeted, "Secretary of State Marco Rubio is doing a phenomenal job representing America on the international stage! What an upgrade from the coward Antony Blinken! We are all so proud of @SecRubio! "
In another post shortly after, Giménez commented on Secretary Rubio’s visit to Panama and its implications for Panama-China relations. He wrote, ".@SecRubio’s trip to Panamá already has the President agreeing to trash his country’s pathetic “memorandum of understanding” with Communist China. Panamá must DUMP Communist China & throw those thieves out of their country!"
