Monroe County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
A 70-year-old Key West man who exposed himself to a man and his daughter was arrested Thursday night.
Dennis Milon Rose was charged with incident exposure.
Deputy Trevor Pike responded to the Winn-Dixie parking lot on Big Pine Key at approximately 6:10 p.m.
He met with the victims. The male victim stated the suspect, later identified as Rose, approached him and his daughter as they were getting out of a vehicle. The victim stated Rose smiled at them, lifted a long shirt and exposed himself.
The man told his daughter to get back in the vehicle. Rose then exposed himself a second time. The male victim yelled at Rose who then made his way inside the grocery store.
Deputy Ty Torres located Rose in the store. He appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and had only a large shirt covering himself.
Rose was taken to jail.
