Rep. Carlos A. Gimenez, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Florida's 28th district since 2021, recently shared a series of tweets on various topics. His posts address political developments in Honduras, legislative actions concerning trade with China, and a brief message about Cuba.

On March 10, 2025, Rep. Gimenez expressed his support for political activities in Honduras. He stated: "Desde el Congreso de USA, aplaudo al Partido Liberal y al Partido Nacional de #Honduras por celebrar sus elecciones primarias con gran participación de la ciudadanía." He urged these parties to unite against what he described as a "narcogobierno corrupto."

Later that day, Rep. Gimenez announced the passage of his bill in the U.S. House of Representatives aimed at reducing economic ties with China. He tweeted: "NEWS —> My bill to DECOUPLE from Communist #China has just PASSED the U.S. House of Representatives!" Emphasizing the need to halt imports from China, he highlighted concerns over batteries and other goods.

In another post on March 10, 2025, Rep. Gimenez simply wrote: "#SOSCuba", indicating an alert or call to action regarding Cuba.
