Rep. Carlos A. Gimenez, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Florida’s 28th district since 2021, has made several public statements through his social media platform. His recent posts cover a range of topics from local art competitions to international political stances.

On March 21, 2025, Rep. Gimenez invited artists from his district to participate in the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. In his tweet, he stated: "Calling all artists in our district! Participate in our 2025 Congressional Art Competition!".

In a subsequent post on March 24, 2025, Rep. Gimenez expressed gratitude towards former President Donald Trump for his support of Venezuelan citizens against the Maduro regime. He tweeted: "Thank you, President Trump for standing with the people of #Venezuela & against the murderous Maduro dictatorship. ANY COUNTRY DOING BUSINESS WITH THE ILLEGITIMATE, CRIMINAL MADURO REGIME WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS! #AmericaFirst ".

Further emphasizing his stance on Venezuela's political situation, Rep. Gimenez reiterated his position in Spanish on the same day: "#SOSVenezuela ¡Gracias Presidente! El que haga negocios con el dictador asesino Nicolás Maduro enfrentará consecuencias severas. Para resolver los problemas de Venezuela, hay que extinguir al régimen ilegítimo que ha destruido al país."
