Monroe County recently issued the following announcement.
Rowell's Waterfront Park at Mile Marker 104.5 on U.S. 1 in Key Largo will be closed to vehicles from Feb. 8 to March 1 for realignment of the entrance and the construction of a
deceleration lane into the park. Pedestrians and bicycles can still access the park via the north-end sidewalk into the park.
