On December 2, 2024, Rep. Gimenez announced his upcoming appearance on Fox Business with David Asman at noon. He encouraged followers to tune in for the segment "NEWS —> I’ll be on @FoxBusiness today with @DavidAsmanfox at 12:00 noon! Tune in!".

Later that day, he expressed criticism towards President Joe Biden following a presidential pardon granted to Hunter Biden. In his post, he questioned the surprise surrounding the pardon and criticized President Biden's integrity "NEWS — Is anyone actually surprised Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter?! Joe Biden is a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR and one would be a fool to take him at his word!".

In another tweet posted shortly after, Rep. Gimenez addressed an international incident involving Hamas and American citizen Omer Neutra. He condemned the actions of Hamas and demanded the release of hostages while expressing condolences to Neutra's family "Hamas brutally murdered American citizen Omer Neutra & tortured his family for 423 days by holding him hostage. Lourdes & I mourn with the Neutra family & DEMAND the immediate release of all 101 hostages! Hamas must be annihilated."
